Hello.
As the title above states, how do I deal with going on tilt? I've been out of touch with the game for a while and I just want to know some methods of getting back on my feet. I've been getting pissed at my poor play and decision making, but obviously that's not a healthy way to react. It's just the thing of not playing at your maximum potential. Any advice?

I just play some matches against CPUs, let myself shed a tear, or just take a break. They all help me.

I would say WATCH a-lot and i mean A LOT! of smash 4.

Like if your a Palutena Main, watch as much Palutena as you can, watch and learn (make sure to focus and pick up good habits and mindsets). make sure to focus on the match up at hand and what there doing to adapt and take the initiative. (Follow ups, Combos,)

After this i would say read guides on your main, this can give you even more incite on what you already know or give you something that you my have skimmed over.

But most of all have fun! If you dont like watching said character, dont and keep looking! there are alot of characters with meany different play styles.
