how Do I Create Moving Images?

If you have photoshop, then you can use Image ready (another program that comes with it), although its a bit on the expensive side.

Animagic might be a good program as well, you can get the trial version online.

Lightwave 3D is a good program for 3D animated gifs if you're interested. I haven't used it though.
