How do I counter my brothers way of using Docter Mario?

I thought that the people who use Dr. Mario would know his counter, so how do I stop my brother when he spams sliding on the ground, or when I am in front of him and he uses back kick and still hits me?

First, be more clear on how hes beating you.

Second, it sounds like you are at a really low level of player, just step your game up.

Well to be honest he uses these cheap attack spams that I can't respond to in time to fight attack, and I really haven't learned wavedashing or anything like that 'yet', but He always chooses Battlefield and uses to spam air or ground attacks. What's weird or irritating is when I am jumping towards him he presses right/left A and I end up getting hit even thought the directing of his attack isn't facing me.

it doesn't even sound like he's using Doc-specific strategies to beat you. Like TBD said, just get better and you'll get used to your brother's playstyle. Although most people consider Marth to be Doc's worst matchup.
