How do I change Textures for Items + Final Smashes

I was hoping that someone could give me some instructions on how to change the textures for Items and Final smashes for Brawl +
My friend and I have found a bunch of textures we would like to use but although we have the textures, we could not find any guides on how to install them.
Also What do you do with all the TGA files that u get from character texture packs?
If someone could Help me it would be greatly appreciated
