How do I challenge Falcon Kick?

Today I did some online matches and got absolutely destroyed by a few Falcons. I don't find anything I can do against Falcon Kick:
- High priority, cancels everything I throw at it
- Huge vertical hitbox, still hitting me when slightly above
- Feels like zero endlag, shielding allows Falcon to grab me first
- [online problem] Moves so fast, I can barely time anything to hit him while he approaches with it

Appreciate any input.
