How Do I Beat Olimar in Ultimate

I've been looking up how to beat Olimar in Ultimate, but nothing is helping, I looked online and I barley see anything helpful except guides on how to use him. If anyone can tell me a few things on his weaknesses, that would be great so that others can see how to counter him too
