How Do I Add Collision Planes?

Jesus this is embarrassing,

I'm trying to make a Halberd stage mod yet I am having trouble adding a collision plane. I'm using Brawl Box and I am using the Model Preview tool. I held alt and dragged my mouse, I pressed alt once and dragged my mouse. Nothing is happening. This is the one collision I need to finish this mod.

Mind helping me?

EDIT: Discovered that I was using the wrong tool.

I sat here for an hour wondering why it wasn't working.
