Hey, I'm working on a custom project M build for my state, and I want to put our local logo onto Pokemon Stadium 2. Can I get some help? (note: I have a fairly good background in custom pm)

You need to use Brawlbox to change some stage textures, but it's pretty simple.

For just changing the masterball logo without changing anything else:

0. Make a copy of the stage before you edit it. Don't want to have to redownload PM just to get it back if you aren't happy with it!
1. Open up the stage in Brawlbox.
2. In the left part of the window, go to STGSTADIUM -> 2 -> TextureData[0]
3. Find the green01 texture and export it

green01 is the repeating texture for the main stage, so you want to use that to create your texture.

4. In your preferred photo/picture editor, you want to make a 512x512 image.
5. You want to use four instances of green01 to fill it, one in each corner. Don't just stretch it, that looks bad!
6. Put whatever picture you want on it on the center and save it as a lossless PNG.
7. Back in Brawlbox, from TextureData[0] you want to find the texture PokemonBall. Replace that texture with the one you created (you can use CMPR).

And you're done.

If you want to edit the color of the main stage it is a bit more complicated. Edit the color of green01 before step 5. You also need to edit the PokemonBall2 texture. And of course, each of them needs to replace the appropriate texture in Brawlbox.

Edited my post for clarity in case anyone else uses it later. Good that you figured it out though.
