How do I add a CS Screen logo?

I'm so sorry for being a n00b at this, but where could one find the file to replace to do something like they have going on here http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=eSx9FQXBDIs#t=44s with that logo behind the character portraits? I've dug through the files, but I can't seem to find it.

I think that type of thing is part of the coding in the game, which only the PMBR can change. I've never seen that in the game's files either.
