I liked it better when it was called "every book by Piers Anthony ever made" or "a handful of Terry Brooks novels." Actually, I take that back. I've never liked that sort of genre. Sorry, I only read book one, and only because two (count 'em, TWO) English teachers decided they were worth studying simply because they're popular. Yeah, that's fascinating and all, but when I studied James Bond we did so not just because it's popular and the teacher wanted to so desperately relate to the students, but because there is room for tons of critical analysis in the Bond world, and that's what English education is about, not about reading the god****ed first book of a banal escapist fantasy and watching the movie and pointing out the differences **** YOU COLLEGE EDUCATION.
So anyway, my point is: wrong room. Go to the Media Metropolis, and take your derivative Muggle/Mundane/Lawyer tripe with you.
