Hello I need some help. I am trying to port this stage(http://www.mediafire.com/?vvt1w68iq1ml8hw) over rumble falls and whenever I play there the waterfall effect appears and it covers the whole screen it is annoying!! I noticed project m ws able to remove it how do you do it. BTW I used a hyrule temple rel file bc that is what the base of the stage is, and ported it to rumble falls.

Looking at previous versions of PM, I think they used a Rumble Falls that was built off of a final destination or battlefield file, and then used a rel to get it over. I can not account for the latest 3.0 version, but I would suggest looking at Battlefield, and then renaming the model data to match, and then finally using a battlefield>rumble falls rel file.
