How could I have possibly hit the posting limit without ever uploading anything?!

Everywhere and nowhere, all at once
I have consistently encountered an error whenever I attempt to share a replay, whether with friends or the world, in which I am informed that I have reached my posting limit for the day. But I've never been able to post anything because I always, ALWAYS get that message.

I have no idea how to get sending replays to work and it's driving me up the wall. What could the problem be, and how do I fix it?
