How can I test input lag on a flatscreen?

I've been researching a lot of flatscreen TVs and monitors that don't have input lag with composite video input. I've come in possession of 4 different brands of TV/Monitors that don't have input lag. I'd like to make a thread listing such the brands and models of such TVs, but I'd like to be able to verify that they don't lag so that the thread can be reliable using a video or something. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to verify these TVs?

According to google

There IS a way to measure HDTV Gaming Lag now. Guitar Hero II for PS2 and X360 has a built-in test under the video options, which measures lag in milliseconds. (~17ms = 1 frame)

In F-Zero GX you could go to the settings and calibrate the controller. It won't measure in numbers but it'll give you a pretty good idea on how laggy it is.
