How can I let Roy join the Brawl?

Hi Guys,
I'm from germany, so I think, my english ist not so good, but I hope, you'll understand me in spite of that fact.

Soooo:
I have a flashed Wii, the Firmware 4.1 is installed. HBC is installed also. The problem is, that my brawl is the german edition, so ntsc won't work on it, right? What do I have to do, to replace Marth for Roy?

I saw a couple of videos, where Roy also had some fire attacks, like he had in melee. Can the moveset be changed also?

Please help me, I want to play with Roy again, he was and is the best character, fast, high damage and nice outfit :D

Gecko OS and if you have HBC you can get the USA version of the game since your Wii is unlocked. And you download the files and put them in the pf/fighter/marth directory in your SD card.
