Hi guys, I've been playing mostly PM for a while now, and the biggest factor of my game i lack in is technical skill. I find that my hands just aren't fast enough to do some rapid inputs, and my game suffers for it.
So i was wondering if anyone else had this issue and overcame it/what advice they'd have to improve hand speed.

Practice the technical stuff, till you are proficient with it. Then use it against the CPU, so you can get a feel for the stuff. Later down the road, you'll be able to use it against people.

Depends on what you're trying to work on. If it's just movement and nothing else, I would just practice spending some time solely on moving around with platforms and such. If it's for precise inputs, for fighting games, I would always overcome it by just inputting the move very slow. Then I would slowly speed it up each time. I'm just concerned with building accurate muscle memory and then I'm able to get it down much faster. Doesn't matter if my input is so slow that the output is something completely different. As long as I get it down perfectly, it'll be less sloppy when I input it faster.

Practice, practice, practice. It all comes down to muscle memory. Eventually, the brain is able to execute complex tasks as single, chunked actions if you become familiar enough with said task.
