how can I get reverse fair with Sheik?

I just feel this would be a great punish when they get barely get back and you're on the edge, especially against other Sheiks, Falcon, and possibly peach? And good for edge-guarding in general I think, so can someone help me with where the reverse hit-box is on fair and correct me if I'm wrong about the whole edge-guarding punishing recovery thing.
