how can falco do....

i've seen much combos from falco to many others, but i see that he does barrier (down + B) really fast!
i can do fast but not like that!
they use L-cancel or they just jump?
or they use both? omfg its impossible lol

Forward this question here. They do l-cancel, no jumping is involved. If you are asking this, you are likely new to advanced techniques, and will find a great many beneficial things for you in that thread.
