Smash 3DS How are you mapping your controls?

So one of my big problems with the Smash Demo was the really uncomfortable default control scheme and the inability to change it in the demo. So the very first thing I did when I got the retail copy, was change it.

At first I thought I just needed to move B special to Y. But after playing around with things I've found...

Y - Attack
X - Special
B - Jump
A - Grab
R - Shield

Tap to Jump = Off

is the absolute most comfortable I can get the controls for myself. Y is good for attack, because its easily mash able, and you can quickly rock your thump to B to jump. A is easy to reach if you need to chuck items away, but I still find it a tad awkward to actually grab anyone.

What about you guys, sticking with default? Or have you found something that works for you?

My original plan was to remap it to where the buttons would be on a gamecube controller, but because of my play time with the demo I actually got used to the default controls. The only thing I changed was that I made Y be grab because... I got my 3ds second-hand for dirt cheap, the kid who had it before me managed to remove the L button somehow. No Kid Icarus Uprising for me.

Default controls it is. I found swapping the ABXY buttons little helpful, so the only change I made was disabling up-tap to jump.

I played God of War 100s of hours so I plan to do God of War style controls when I get the game. It will probably also help that I only played Smash Bros. on the PC before (with Playstation controllers), so I have no muscle memory to overcome.

When Special on R does not do the trick I'll bind it on X (Delta on PS2 Controller). In GoW that button equals strong (=smash) attacks, but you cannot bind them to a button in smash unfortunately.

Default, though I was gonna switch L and R, but I got used to them in the demo

I swapped L and R and turned off Tap Jump. Now I realize I got somewhat used to the other L and R from the demo though, but I'm adjusting back.

I have it as
L - Shield
R - Jump
Y - Grab
X - Jump
A - Attack
B - Special
Tap Jump - Off

I find that way the most comfortable way for me.

A - Attack
B - Special
X/Y - Jump
L - Grab
R - Shield
Tap Jump - Off

I originally had Grab mapped to X but found myself going to grab with L a couple of times (which is odd since none of the game I have that I can think of have Grab or Melee even close to L). The only other problem I had was that I only used tap jump in my Brawl days, which made me play really sloppy the first few hours trying to break the habit. Luckily, I hadn't played Brawl in months, so the muscle memory was really, really faint and easy to break.

I have all the controls set to default, but I have tap jump off to train myself to now use the stick for jumping. It's basically forcing me to adapt to jumping with a button, and learning how to apply differentiate how much pressure to press for a short hop and a regular jump. It's made me a much better player.
