Here's the team:

Looking at the team right now, one can see it has a Fire weakness. But, as you should know, it's a Rain Dance team, so Fire's power will be halved.

Bronzong @ Wet Rock
Levitate
Careful (SpDef+ SpAtk-)
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Atk / 108 Def / 50 SpDef
-Rain Dance
-Stealth Rock
-Hypnosis
-Earthquake

Lead; Sets up Rain Dance and Stealth Rock. Supports with Hypnosis. Rain halves the damage taken by Bronzong's only weakness, meaning it will be hard to take down.

Floatzel @ Muscle Band
Swift Swim
Adamant (Atk+ SpAtk-)
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 18 Spd
-Waterfall
-Ice Fang
-Crunch
-Brick Break

Physical Sweeper; If it isn't raining, Speed is 270, outspeeding Adamant Heracross (269). If it is raining, Speed is 540, outspeeding even Choice Scarf Aerodactyl (538).

Kingdra @ Wise Glasses
Swift Swim
Modest (SpAtk+ Atk-)
EVs: 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd / 6 HP
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor
-Hidden Power (any suggestions on what type?)

Special Sweeper; Clashes with Adamant Heracross when it comes to Speed. If it's raining, clashes with CSdactyl.

Toxicroak @ Leftovers
Dry Skin
Careful (SpDef+ SpAtk-)
EVs: 244 HP / 50 Atk / 216 SpDef
-Rain Dance
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Sucker Punch

Hey, Zook. You like this Toxicroak? Hides behind a Sub and heals HP with Leftovers and Dry Skin while Focus Punching away. EV spread allows Croak's Sub to survive Ice Beams from 266 SpAtkers.

Leafeon @ Leftovers
Leaf Guard
Impish (Def+ SpAtk-)
EVs: 252 HP / 22 Def / 236 Spd
-Rain Dance
-Wish
-Protect
-Leaf Blade

Physical Wall; Speed hits 285, outspeeding Max EVed, +natured 80s (284). Wish helps my sweepers survive. The rain halves Leafeon's Fire weakness.

Regice @ Leftovers
Clear Body
Calm (SpDef+ Atk-)
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / SpDef
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Ice Beam
-Thunder

Special Wall; RestTalk FTW. Rain halves Regice's Fire weakness.

Please rat... C'mon. You know the drill.

HP Electric on Kingdra, or else Gyarados is going to give you some problems. I'd use Dragon Pulse over Draco Meteor here, unless you switch to Choice Specs. The team looks good, although no Rain Dance team is complete without Ludicolo.

You don't need 2 physical walls, so replace Leafeon with *gasp* Ludicolo. As far as moves go,
Leech Seed
Toxic
Rain Dance
Surf/Water Pulse

Whoa there. Let this math problem clears things up in your little head.

1 Choice user + 1 more Choice user = 2 many defeats. It would suck to see Floatzel being his last Pokemon using Brick Break on a Ghost or something like that.

Everyone has stated it. Use Ludicolo, he makes a great physical wall.
(IMO) Leech seed+substitute+Rain dish+leftovers=survivability on a rain dance team.

Ludicolo's only got base 70 defense. It's special def is 100, so it would be more of a special wall if anything. But it does best as a staller/annoyer.

If everyone insists that you use the Sombraro(SPcheck) Duck...

SubSeed Ludicolo : Strategy - Hide behind a doll, and pwn from there.:chuckle:
@ Leftovers @ Rain Dish

Bold Nature (+Def,-Att)
EV - HP 6, Def 252, SpDf 252

Water Pulse - Water - PW 60 - AC 100 - PP 20 - (STAB, 20% chance of confusing foe)
Toxic - Poison - PW 0 - AC 85 - PP 10 - (Devours foe from the inside-out, increases damage done by HP- drain)
Substitute - Normal - PW 0 - AC AW - PP 10 - (Creates a decoy to absorb damage, uses 1/4 Max HP)
Leech Seed - Grass - PW 0 - AC 90 - PP 10 - (Slowly drains HP from foe, doesn't affect Grass types)

Be sure to have Rain Dance activated before-hand!
Substitute first, then Toxic, followed by Leech Seed and start doing damage with Water Pulse. Get lucky, and you'll Confuse the foe. I really have no idea whether the opposing Trainer will switch out, or tough it...

One more thing: DO NOT TOXIC SOMETHING WITH GUTS!!!! YOU WILL GET OWNED!!!!

Before -
After - :psycho: <-- He Toxicked a Gutser...
