Hi all, sorry if I am not posting on the good place, but I'm pretty stuck.
I am french, and so, I have a Pal Wii.

I took easily three afternoons testing the Brawl+ (not joking :( ) but I was NEVER able to make it work, despite all my tentatives and upgrades.
I created a lot of .cgt files, following the instructions with the Pal codes, deducting what could be the mistakes on my logic, then added the gameconfig.txt to increase the amount of cheatlines allowed, used the last Gecko to load the files... with no results. :urg:

The only mod I was able to make work (with freezes...) was the Texture Remplacement cheat, before I attempted to use the Brawl+.

So what I'd love, if there are some charitable souls caring for my pittiful destiny, would be to be able to download the files of the SD card from someone who has the Brawl+ + Texture Remplacement cheat working for Pal Wiis.
This way, just copy-paste good files instead of ****ting my owns would be the best way for me to finally have the chance to try your mod.

Thanks in advance, really. ;)

there is a PAL thread where you can post all stuff PAL related.
but since I'm gonna be gone for a while I'll do my best to help you out here.

I will assume you are using the official codeset as found in the "official codeset" thread.
first of all you will need geckoOS 1.9
there are a lot of places to find it, but I can't link you here. google for wiird and you should be good.

next thing you need is of course the official RSBP01.gct file
this is found in the official thread.

third is a file named "gameconfig" which can also be found in the official thread.

you have to put the .gct file in SD\codes and the the gameconfig in SD\ (root)

then you should be all set. startup geckoOS 1.9, check under options if "SD cheats" is turned on.

hope this helps

In fact, I made myself some of the .gct files because I never found the recent files... a lot to read with old informations or contradicting themselves, I was really lost, trieving only pure lines of codesets but allways old .gcts.

Thanks for help, i'll be testing this now, but gameconfig and all the other things where on the good places... I think the problem was my bad cheating files.

Does this one allow texture remplacement?

Okidoki, can't wait for it, even if the SSBB+ itself seems pretty amazing enough. :)

Using Gecko OS 9.1 or 9.0.1, the files don't want to load... the debugger is off because I saw this can be the problem, so only the cheat codes are on. It allways says that cheat codes are found and applying but nothing seems to happen in the gameplay...

My RSBP01.gct (on G:/codes):

My gameconfig.txt (on the SD root, named "gameconfig") is the one on this page:

Edit: Mmmh... it seems that it works finally, thank you very much!! :)
