Hosting a tournament, had a question regarding CRT & Projectors

Hey guys, I'm hosting a tournament and for the top 8 I wanted to display the game on a projector, yet having the input go to the CRT because of input lag if I were to have players play on the projector. How would I duplicate video on the projector and CRT?

If I could get some specific things to purchase that'd be really helpful.. This setup is the only thing that's really boggling my mind..

I would suggest a splitter like this one:

It allows you to split the signal to 4 devices, so you can have the game on a CRT, a video capture device, and a projector at the same time.
Plus it is powered so it doesn't just spit the signal, it boosts the signal, so there's no loss of image quality.
