Hori Classic Controller

I want a simplistic thread here.
I have some questions that NEED to be answered (Many people want to know).

1. Do Wireless Wiimote based Controllers have button any button lag?
2. Assuming that turbo buttons on this controller is banned, can I still use it WITHOUT having the turbos on?
3. If any of you other smashers have this controller, is it hard adjusting to?

I'm probably WAY TO SLOW and not up-to-date with all the rules and regulations of this forum, but excuse my idiocy.

All wireless controllers will have input lag.

As far as I know, you can still use it.
