Hopefully a UK Release Date (Not a Retailer)

According to IGN, new release dates have come in.

If you scroll down to Febuary you'll see Smash Bros should be released within the UK in Febuary ^____^. I personnaly hope this is true, considering Americans are only getting two weeks after the Japanese. Time for the Speculation.

CVG were wrong. They did it thinking thaty the release list nintendo released was Q1 & Q2 and that it was final. This was obviously not true

Well... I read in a Dutch magazine... [N]Gamer.. that

Miss Rose Lappin, Manager from Nintendo Ausi.. is saying that Nintendo is busy with shorten the length of the games that come out. So.. that after the Japanese Release that both Europe and America getting the release of the game. Within 2 weeks..

So it could be true n.n

I've heard this release date by many sources (magazins, online sites)
Something must be true....

IGN changed the release date from TBA 2008, to Feburary 2008 after the "July shocker". I was so happy when I saw it.

And the release date can be Q1. I know Brawl wasn't on the Q1-list, but it's probably because Brawl hasn't a release date now.
(And it was deconfirmed by a Nintendo worker)

I guess they just put some more people to work on it once they saw the customer's disappointment of a Europe delay?

Or perhaps they just never revealed it because they weren't sure they'd make it.
You know, it's harder to estimate once a game is finished being translated multiple times (Europe), than just once (America)... so while they knew America would make it, they were skeptical about Europe?

If this turns out to be true I'm gonna be very happy, but I'll take this with a grain of salt. Nintendo of Europe has disappointed us so many times before, I'm afraid to get my hopes up. :\

haha ^^ this made me laugh a bit, then i got kinda upset.

The other thing im thinking about when it comes to NTCS Vs PAL is certain releases, im not sure if Fire Emblem comes to pal Wii consoles. And there might be alot of other games that dont get released in Europe.

Just as there is many Japan-Only Games out there, a few of them actually gets made for NA, but never for Europe.

This would be great news, but knowing IGNs release date accuracy, we shouldn't get our hopes up.

Expect Brawl to come out at Q2, and you won't be dissappointed.
