Honestly, Nintendo should release their own 3DS capture card or make a record software for the 3DS.

Just to make it so much easier on our lives! Why spend over £200 to get a brand new 3DS with a capture card installed or have extreme pressure whilst installing a capture card into a 3DS when you can have an offical capture card that doesn't require removing the 3DS's coverage to install (though it'd be hard to see how it'd work if it can only be plugged into the 3DS charger input or headphone input)! And if they were to make a software for the 3DS to capture 3DS footage and save it into an SD card, it could prevent hell itself. I don't know how they would do it, technically, but by god, i'll probably be able to only record WII U footage in the near-future if a miracle for the 3DS doesn't happen. Mk...

Completely agree, it's pretty ridiculous how Nintendo doesn't understand this stuff. They even copyright claim Youtube let's plays of their games, which is absurd because let's playing really is an efficient way of getting people to buy games, and by making capture cards, it's that much more accessible.

The hypocrite is strong with this one, but I am tired of getting it through the thickskulls of how wrong the advertisment argument is. I am really annoyed and mad because of this...

If nintendo is claiming copyright on Let's Play series, as well as isos, then it's just as well they never release the capture card...
