Home-run bat badge?

How does one get a home-run bat (agility or whatever) badge. Everyone says that it's the item you should use to win alot in crazy orders but I don't have it. I don't have the 3ds version and I know you can get it with a challenge there but is there an easy way to get it in the wii u version?

I believe it's just one of the options a wrench can give you, like most other equipment and custom moves.

I'm pretty sure its hitting Sandbag 600m/1968 ft. or more in Home-Run Contest.... or something like that.
