Trick or Treating is for everyone. Last year these two 20 year old guys came to my door dressed up.

Anyway, I was going to go as Pikachu, but I can't find any cheap yellow pants (that aren't girly).
So I guess I'll just hand out candy or invite some friends over.

Oh ok. Personally, I'm too lazy.
Plus I get minimal enjoyment out of other's reactions except for the people I care about.
Anyway, I'd rather buy a lot candy I like than get a little bit of everything.

I buy candy I want instead of begging people for a mix, 80% of which I won't care for. Then I can just dress up for fun and scare small children.

You're never too old to dress up. In fact, it's your DUTY to dress up. Don't let me catch ANY of you out of costume on Halloween. I'll be watching.

But you can certainly be too old to trick-or-treat. If you're in your late teens or older, I'm thinking you should be done trick-or-treating or strongly considering stopping soon. Because I can honestly say that I would not give candy to a 20-year-old who knocks on my door on Halloween.
