I've noticed a lot of people on these forums have a kinda hatred for hip-hop and rap. I assume it's because a) they hear those artists on MTV (most of them aren't very good) and believe that's the best hip-hop/rap has to offer, or b) simply don't like the community behind it. So I'm curious to see why else it is so unpopular around here.
With that said, post valid reasons why you dislike hip-hop or rap in this thread. I'm curious to see the reasons. Since I listen to a lot of hip-hop and rap(never would've guess with the Beatles sig, eh? That's part of the problem), I mightexplain why white people suckaddress your complaints.
An important thing to know is that there is the kind of hip-hop and rap that people only listen to at parties/clubs, which is pretty much MTV's business, so just keep that in mind when you think you're complaining about a real emcee.
Also, be tolerant, don't make this look like the recent religion threads where debate hall rejects flood the place with hate and ignorance.
This is meant to be lighthearted, so if you already have your mind made up and absolutely despise everything hip-hop and rap, and always will, then do us both a favor and refrain from posting. Also, no, I don't really hate white people, I'm posting on Smashboards after all.
