Hey smashboards. My name is Max, I am a skateboarder as well as a student at Eastern Michigan University. I've been playing smash my whole life from 64 to brawl, never played sm4sh however. I spent most of my days playing 64 and a decent bit playing brawl. As of the last year or so I've gotten in touch with a few older friends that play melee competitively and it got me interested in learning for myself. Watched the smash documentary 3 or so months back and was pretty blown away. So, I bought a tube tv, a new GameCube with a few controllers and a copy of melee and I'm just now figuring out the basic tech for fox. Well aware I'll probably get some **** for being a new melee player interested in fox but it's the character I've played in every other version of smash and I've always been a huge star fox fan. Aside from learning fox I'm interested in learning falco (go figure) and eventually shiek. Anyways, I look forward to growing as a melee player and hope to get some advice from any of you in the days to come.
