Hi! Zelda main here! I played only a tiny bit of 64, but when I did I played as Samus. However I mained Sheik in melee, but she was ditched for straight Zelda in Brawl (still learning Snake). I'll be sticking with Zelda for SSB4. I'm not professionally competitive in tournament terms but I'm easily the best players out of all my friends. Other than SSB I take a side of martial arts, amateur writing and artwork.

Hi there Katty! Nice to meet you. Zelda is pretty cool, but I have to say, I loathe playing against Sheik. So does martial arts help you with Smash?

Hey Katty, I'm new here too, nice to meet you! What kind of martial arts do you take? I took Karate as a little kid, and Taekwondo a few years back!

Hi! Nice to meet you guys!
I have to say my Sheik is horrible compared to my Zelda and I got brawl in 2010... but I only played melee for like a year. Martial arts doesn't really help, as it's too different things but I have used the mind games to trick out my friends.
I take a type of karate that's takes from taekwando, aikido and other styles, so it's rather unique in origin. I've been taking for about two years now.

Aww, Sheik is the way to go! Zelda is cool too though. Out of all the LoZ characters, I primarily use Ganondorf. I use Sheik on occasions, and I just can't seem to be effective with Zelda so I don't bother to try to use her. All about the Triforce of Powahhhh

I've been using Zelda for so long --about four years--that I am so used to her very unique style that just can't play any other character effectively, even Sheik. This has been a problem in my attempts to learn to learn Snake. I've never really played Ganondorf, although my brother did main him when he was in to the game.

I can understand those struggles. I have a roommate that has been a dedicated Luigi main since 64 and he is really uncomfortable with other characters. I don't have that problem myself or anything, I just can't use Zelda..

She's easy to learn, but she's hard to use well. Like I still miss the ledge with Farore's Wind 1/5 of the time.

It's more so that I'm just uncomfortable with her. Never really been big on floaty characters for starters.
