Hey guys! I'm IRBK (or just BK) - although the tag I used at my first event was Garbo. I come from a competitive Halo background (was semi-pro) but Halo is either dead or dying quickly, and the smash competitive community really appealed to me in terms of the positive energy and scope of the scene in general. My tag references my Halo background (BK coming from the trashtalk prevalent in the Halo community) as well as a show called Arby n' the Chief (also halo related). I currently main Sheik, but I'm looking to pick up Marth too because I have more fun when I play Marth (bust out sheik when I want to win lol). Anyway, nice meeting everyone on here!

Hey, I'm new as well, I've been doing a lot of research on smash and it's mechanics, and watching the pros to find some combos and just over all choice of character positioning and adaptation to certain situations. I've been working on fox and falco, mostly falco because I have a habit of KO'ing on the upstage. I've been playing for a few weeks and have things like wave dashing and L-Cancels down. Hoping to find a training partner near me in CO (I have been training off of lvl 9 cp, as well as my friends (aka practicly lvl 1 cp)). Thanks!
