Smash Rookie
Hi, I'm Heractodactyl, but you can call me Dylan, an incredibly optimistic and shy person who just happens to be a Smash player who is in California and just recently got into the competitive scene for Smash 4. I've played Smash since 64, but never looked at the game from a competitive standpoint. Then I watched things like the Smash documentary and started occasionally listening to Smash related podcasts, which gave me more of an insight on what the community is like, which got me to pick up Smash 4. I've switched mains many times, but who I currently have as a main is
, with secondaries being . I hope to pick up later, as those characters look like tons of fun and I was a main in Brawl. I'm looking to pick up Melee, which my current "mains" would be and 
. I'm a total noob at Melee, but hey, practice makes perfect, right?
Overall, I like many other things besides Smash, with anime and plenty of other video games, but my main exposure has been Nintendo, which is why I was so familiar with many characters in Smash, which many of my friends had no idea who half the characters were. I just graduated high school, so I might not be here often, since college n stuff, but I'm pleased to be able to be a member in this site! I hope at the college I'll be going to, there'll be tournaments, to improve at Smash. Hi Smashboards, I hope you can put up with me xD.
