Hi everyone so glad to see such a huge community of like mined ppl! smash bros has been a big part of my life. i made life long friends because of this game and honestly its more then just a game to me! brawl was my high point and hayday i never met anyone who could beat me but i never played competitive. thats about to change though i currently have smash bros 4 for 3ds coming in the mail and i wanna test out my skills! if anyone could let me know a few things like where the smash scene is in atl ga and how i can join. also i would like to know if i am able to enter tourneys with a 2ds? or really how they work

You can check if there are any tournaments in your scene here

You're allowed to bring a 3DS/2DS in a tournament for friendlies but tournaments are based of the Wii U version.

Also the 3DS/2DS can be used as a controller in the Wii U version.

No. There will be setups in tournaments. You only need to bring your own controller. Also you have to pay entry fee so check the prices for venue fee and entry fee.

Multiple posting. You can use the edit button which is much better. It is next to the report button. You can add the quotes by doing that.

I see you play the 3DS version of the game. I recommend you to add your FC to your profile so it's displayed under your avatar (much like it is on mine) so people can see it easier and add you if they need.
