Hi everyone!
I'm Jejnial, or Jej (since Jejnial is just a bad pun that made me laugh), and I'm glad to be a part of that famous Smash community! I heard about the site in many places such as forums, twitter, or tumblr. Actually, I'm not really an active member of a community, except for tumblr maybe, even though I mainly reblog some stuff about video games I like. I've joined Smashboards for no particular reason. The other day, I was curious about characters people wanted in the Smash ballot (congrats Bayo, by the way), and while I was reading the thread about Fiora from Xenoblade Chronicles (I wanted her to make it so bad, ugh), I said to myself "why not joining?" So... here I am!
I started playing smash 12 years ago, iirc, with Melee. I mained Young Link, but I liked to play Roy and Mewtwo as well. Later on, I played Brawl. I started to main Diddy Kong (that was before everyone found out about all his potential) but I was terrible, so I mained Toon Link. I was disappointed about his down aerial, compared to Young Link's, but he's really the kind of character I like to play, so I didn't really mind. Afterwards, I got both versions of SSB4, and I main Toon Link (again), and Robin. But that don't prevent me from playing other characters. I also like Marth and Shulk a lot.
So, now, I play SSB4 Wii U. It's been a while since the last time I played Melee, actually. It kinda misses me sometimes!
I only attended a tourmanent once. It was this summer, at a local anime convention. The game was SSB4, and the rules were weird (items enabled, 2 vs 2, no Ω stages, friendly fire...). But my friend and I ended up at the second place, we were proud somehow. Anyway I'd like to do that again, someday!
About me, well, I like to play video games a lot, especially TLOZ (I voted for Tetra in the smash ballot, Wind Waker being my favorite video game ever), Pokémon, Fire Emblem (no, I don't think Corrin deserved to be a character. If we had to get another FE character, I think it should have been Hector or Ephraim so we could have an axe/spear user for a change), and as you can see with my avatar, I'm a huge fan of Ace Attorney!
I don't really have any other interest to be honest. Like many people, I enjoy music and tv shows.
