I'm relatively new... Well, I mean, I have played other Smash games, but I've never really dabbled in competitive play(or at least the idea) until now. I am interested in knowing which characters are most viable/best to learn with. I like Marth a lot.
So far he's who I play, and I am trying to get better but I'm not really sure if he's viable/if he's any different than previous titles.

I guess any advice, or thoughts would be nice. Also, sorry if this is in the wrong place.
