I've known of Smashboards for a while now but I never bothered to register since I really didn't do much competitive Smash until my friends introduced me to all the skills for Melee and eventually 4. I still consider myself mediocre at best since I've never been to a tournament and most of my playing and training has come with playing with my group of friends. I only live an hour and a half/ two hours at most from San Diego, plus 3 or so hours from Phoenix, but times are tough so I can't just drop money to drive to a tourney every week unfortunately, plus trouble with my car right now.

I'm looking to meet some new people and I'm even trying to gauge interest for a possible weekly or bi-monthly tournament in my area, but we'll just have to see if people respond to it.

I mostly use Luigi and Fox in Melee, but I also enjoy using Marth and Jiggly on occasion too. I messed around with a lot of characters in PM, but mostly the same as in Melee. In 4 I tend to stick to DK, Lucina, Bowser, Samus, and Wario but I don't have a Wii U so I don't get to play much especially since 3DS feels a little clunky for me now. Nice to meet everyone!
