help with the backup

anyone have the backup of all the brawl characters pac files, brawl vault and other searches seem to be useless.

Also which do you (the community) prefer?

Check at brawl vault, look for the tab that says "resources" and on that page at the bottom you will see 2 sections called "data partition." one is for ntsc one for pal.
