Help with side B ledge canceling

I see bizzarro flame do these in between stocks on platforms. Any tips on this?

You can do it on Yoshi's, dreamland, fod and some parts of pokemon. As soon as you waveland or wavedash off a platform, side-b in the opposite direction and your midair side-b will go far enough to ledge cancel. It's actually quite useless in combat, but looks swag a f.

It can be an EXCELLENT bait on people that aren't used to seeing it, but they'll learn quickly lol.

It doesn't seem to have any purpose other than looking nice. That would explain why Bizz does it.
