Help with Project M custom music using Mac

I'm not sure if this is possible but I'd greatly appreciate help. I was wondering if there was a way to install or place custom music on Project M 3.5 using a Mac? (OS X Yosemite but I dont think that matters much to say.)

I've tried Winebottler and the Brawl Music Maker but it doesn't seem to respond but by all means I will try again if it worked for anyone else that has done this on Mac.
