Help with Mario's Bair

I always hear about how great Mario's Bair is, and I'm trying to implement it to my Mario play. But i just can't seem to get much use out of it, mostly because I never hit with the move. can you give me some tips on how to land this move better?

B air is a more quicker move compare to his F air, which is a metor Smash, but this move can be quite useful we performing combos, you also combo them out of the stage with this move too.
