Help with getting textures on brawl+k

So i finally got b+ working, for some reason it took a few times and re downloading and doing the same thing for it to work properly but now i cant get any textures to work, I put the pac's and pcs's in the right place and named em right and everything. So after i figured out u need to replace the RSBE01 file in the codes folder i downloaded one that allows textures to be used, but when i try to load up b+ with the new RSBE01 it loads regular brawl. When i change the file back to the original it loads b+. I downloaded several RSBE01 files and they all do he same thing. Sorry to be nubish but wtf am i doing wrong?
