Help with Dolphin an PSA

Hey could anybody help me? I got the NTSC Version and cant get these PSA Characters to work. I made a little Grafic with everything. Please help!

Also, I don't think file patch works in Dolphin. You need to put it in the 'disk' using 'tools' (can't go into any further detail)

Lastly, since you're using ntsc brawl, it's RSBE, not RSBP

how do you even get ssbb to work with dolphin ive been trying a bunch of methods but nothing works its pissing me off
