I have been trying to get this crt to work for hours and i am getting so mad im about to throw this thing out the window. I am using a Sanyo DS19390 CRT, which only has a coax input, so i connected that to a Magnavox tb110mw9. The wii inputs go into that converter. When i turn everything on i cant seem to display the wii. The ****ing kicker is that even though the tv says no signal I CAN SEE THE FREAKING WII MENU FAINTLY SCROLLING ACROSS THE BACK OF THE TV SCREEN. Please help my my head is about to explode.

Buying a new one is within the range of possibilities probably, if there are no other options.

I don't know what the problem would be, but I do have to say that Magnavox and Sanyo both have terrible names for their products. I have a Sanyo CRT from 1990 (AVM-276) and it's been running great if our family for 25 years so I know that Sanyo TVs are good, but you still might want to test if that port can get a signal from anything. If it can then you can eliminate your TV as a problem and you should test your Wii on another TV. If both of those work fine, then the converter is probably at fault.

It might be dead, but I think you would be better off consulting some technician or something rather than smashers :p
