Help with BrawlEx/Waluigi?

ive never used BrawlEX before, i got marioking64ds's waluigi, and the BrawlEX CSS expansion kit, they are both on SD card already in desired position, but Waluigi's "readme" talks about weird stuff like "activate slot 60" and i have no idea how to do that (btw im using the homebrew version) and i just really dont know... also wheres the RSBE01.gct??? is there anyone who knows how to install Waluigi that knows this stuff? also is there some program to activate "slot 60"?? this is my first time using BrawlEX, ive spent hours trying to figure this out, watching multiple videos and reading BrawlEX pages, nothing mentions premade clones or "activating slot 60" i need alot of help

As someone in a similar scenario( I've only started using Brawl mods and am trying to learn Ex as well)
To find the RSBE01 you could type it in the folder and it will show you where it is. From the sounds of what your saying, you will need to use Brawl Vault to add those other files. Which there are tutorials for, but I to have had a hard time getting it to work.

Would using the plug and play one help you?

I have that one, and it's quite simple. All you need to do is put them on the SD card, boot up brawl, then you put the SD card in at Brawls press star menu screen. Then go to stage builder, press play when it takes you to project m and then you will be brought back to brawl and can play from there.

the problems with Plug&Play is that my SD card is 4GB SDHC, also not to mention with P&P you have to constantly rename the sf folder... also i dont want to buy a 2GB SD card

Ah alright, sorry then. I don't know the non plg and play two well. I just used my old broken 3ds's sd card. Sorry that I couldn't help I hope you can figure it out.

kinda sucks i wish there was a just already ready version of the Homebrew one, its almost like they expect us to know how to use BrawlEx, which, tbh is the most confusing thing ever

I'm currently trying to put him in my pmcc build, but I'm not having any luck with it. If only I knew an extra slot code to put in the GCT file. I have all the cosmetics done but he still won't show up when I load the game Anyone Know a code to add him in?
