Event - E3 Invitational 2014 Help with avoiding spoilers if you arrive late to the Nintendo Digital Event

I want to avoid spoilers for the Digital Event, but I will be gone and will not get back until about 15 minutes after it starts. How do I get it so I can start from the beginning right when I get back. Help please.

Get a friend to email you a link to the full footage of the events.

I'm not sure you can, I think you'll have to wait until the end and then start from the beginning. I could be wrong though.

Save a notepad document on your desktop with the official Nintendo E3 stream's URL in it, that's how I usually do it, then wait 'till it ends. You won't avoid spoilers otherwise.

Couldn't you bookmark Nintendo's Twitch channel? I won't be able to view the Digital Event until a few hours after it ends either. At least if they had a press conference, I'd be able to DVR it.

You could always just not start from the beginning; it is not necessarily the most ideal (it is not detrimental either), but you could just watch it when you are ready and after it is finished go back and rewatch the first fifteen minutes.

Pull up the live stream, or better yet, the Youtube video before you leave, then when you get back, pretend like it's live.

I have the same problem. Only thing is, I will not be behind by a couple of minutes, but a couple of hours. And I really don't want to be spoiled. I guess the fact that my phone internet plan is blocked is a nice coincidence, but I still have to avoid spoilers entirely when I search for the video. And I know that by the time I get home the Nintendo youtube channel will be filled with all the trailers... just adding to the spoiler potential while I look for the direct video.

Argh... it's going to be so difficult to avoid spoilers... any suggestions?

Can't you leave your computer turned on with the site of the video opened?

I'm pretty sure you can set the video back to the beginning even while the feed is still going. Pretty sure that should work.

Yeah. Just leave your computer in the page for the digital event in the morning, and then come back later and hit play. And then stay off the internet/turn off your phone if you have friends who might text you and go "FOBIHJKWCBKB OMG!!".

That oughta work.

I'm fairly sure, at least on a YouTube stream, you can rewind it back to the beginning because it's saving everything it's streaming. So if you hop in 15 minutes late, just open it, and click the start of the video as fast as you can.
