Help with adding skins to my game.

I found some skins I like, and they look nice, but they only cover the in game skin, not the character selection icon or the in-game HUD picture. I've edited the character selection icon to work, but I can't find the right files to edit for the HUD. I looked at some videos online, but most of my .brres files in portrite don't open, and the few that do have corrupt data that crashes my .brres opener, though not brawlbox. Is there a new file for the in-game HUD pictures? I really like to have things done all the way, and it's grinding on me that a few skins don't match the HUD pics.
