Help with a Shadow Texture!!!!

Ok well I got this perfect shadow texture that's supposed to make Sonic move like Shadow but.....

I got a problem......

My texture of Shadow doesn't move right...when I pick the shadow texture on Sonic.....I start a match...and....he's still moving as Sonic....but when I put the texture motion on the sonic character file........sonic moves like Shadow....ughhh I don't know what I'm doing wrong.


I want just the shadow texture to move like shadow and the sonic texture to move like sonic and not shadow....can someone help me out of this problem??
