Help with 480p

How do I view my the picture for my Wii in 480p?
Do I need special cables or anything, do I put the normal cables in the HD slots(leaving one open?)
Please explain someone who knows.

Buy Wii component cables. This will give you Red, Blue and Green cables for the picture, along with the Red and White for audio. Plug them into the corresponding slots on the back of your TV. You can't use composite cables to get a 480p picture, and there's hardly any difference between 480i and 480p.
