Help w/ Sheik's Damage Output

Hey. I main Sheik, I guess. When I use her I hit up to 38 times (I counted) on average with mostly dash attacks or forward/back aerials. Even after the barrage of attacks, I cant take the stock. I can avoid getting hit without a problem but my issue is not doing enough knockback? I figure if I can do enough damage in the flurry of hits, all I need help with is locating Sheik's farthest knocking move. Her Bair isn't enough even when I sweetspot it. Is there a better knockback choice? Also helpful, Sheik mechanics (or a link to that thread) and help with Sheik's kill move. Thanks in advance..

I know Double Fair into Bouncing Fish isn't as good as it used to be (as of the latest patch I'm pretty sure), so I guees you could try bouncing fish... Since I'm pretty sure it can still be used as a kill move at higher percents.

Would you happen to know if Bouncing Fish has sweetspot and where? I've KOed with it around 124% as opposed to 90-100% prepatch. But about that Double Fair into Bouncing Fish. Do you know if it's possible to Double Fair on low jump. I cant get to my WiiU atm so i'll ask here instead of testing.

Hopefully this will help, also after reading some of the sheik boards, gimping is probably your best way of killing early.
