Help, Trouble installing 3.5. Disk is Write-Protected

Whenever I try to put the extracted files onto my SD-Card I get a message saying "The disk is write-protected...Remove the write protection or use another disc."

Please Help!

Is the lock switch on the left of the SD card pushed up?
