Smash Wii U Help! To prevent the error 160-xxxx

I just bought the game in the physical version. So I think the game will come in 1.0.0 version and my Wii U is at version 5.3.2U. If I do not update the game to version 1.0.1 turning off the console Wi-fi, the error may still occur?
I'm afraid to play .. please help me!

My advice is don't play until Nintendo says it's safe. This error has apparently been around for a long time, but with the release of Smas it's more common than ever. Just gotta be patient for now.
